Refund and Cancellation Policy 

Any cancellation or address changes need to be done at least 24 hours prior to delivery date. Any cancellation will not be refunded if requested post 24 hours of delivery date.

We guarantee that you'll receive flowers in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your flowers have been damaged in transit, please keep the flowers and contact us within 3 hours of receipt. Flowers are perishable, and hence we cannot be liable for claims beyond this time. Wherever possible we will offer replacement of damaged flowers, however if it's not possible, we will offer full/partial refund within 2 working days.
